For my caramel sauce, I used 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup cream, 4 tablespoons butter, and a splash of caramel flavored coffee syrup. No complicated directions – I just stuck it in a skillet and simmered until it looked done 🙂 This goes great with the Layered Turtle Cheesecake!
