Merry Christmas Silhouette

 

 

The silhouette – a great (and flattering) way to display your preggo self 🙂 These maternity pictures were fun to create, and they help me remember those special moments!  I would go into a detailed how-to tutorial, but I really have no idea how to implement these pictures.  My dad took the Halloween photo (I’m pretty sure he did it on accident and we were like – whoa thats awesome).   And then we decided to recreate it for Christmas – which my brother managed to implement.  Since I have no idea what I am doing with photography, I thought I would post a link of some people who do:

We found the pics worked better when we weren’t touching, and when I was standing straight up.  It was also difficult to get the Christmas tree behind us…especially since my husband is 6’2″ – depending on husband size you might need a super tall tree.  I unfortunately didn’t keep any of the failed attempts, but they would have had captions like “The headless husband,” and “The one-armed wonder.”   I did, however, manage to keep these gems:
